Should I invest in a country like Colombia?.....
First of all, let see what kind of country is Colombia. It is located at the north part of south America between Venezuela and Panama. Its a country with view into both oceans, great climate facts, beautiful people and lots of treasures.
Right now there are many comercial agreements (free of taxes in some products and services) between Colombia and several other countries like United States, Europe, China etc. It means that Colombia is an excelente platform for other countries specially for Southern countries that could try to export their products to the entire world, with out paying extra taxes.
Bogota is the capital of Colombia, it is in the middle of this magnificient country, there about 8 million people living there and there is not so many poor people like movies shows around the world; even though some magazines had compared Bogota city with others cities like New York and Dubai.

So what is the best part of invest in Colombia.

As I told you before Colombia is going to be a platform to many other countries, and big companies for exportation issues, so It is going to be more expensive to buy a house or a building in a near future; thats right because it´s a good time to invest in Colombia specially in cities like Bogota, Barranquilla and Medellin.

Besides, renting houses, building hotels, or just buy to sell in Colombia is very easy, and lucrative.

Finally, if you keep thinking that Colombia a dangerous country or a poor place to do business, let me say you are wrong and you must visit that country and take a look by your self.
